Shipping Process
Our delivery timeline consists of two key phases: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Handling Time: Each item goes through a preparation stage. Our usual handling time ranges between 1 and 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: After dispatch, shipping typically takes around 7 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimate delivery time: 8 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as weather or courier delays.

We offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
Shipping Method and Tracking
Our main shipping partner is Royal Mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer, any additional fees for reshipping will be charged to the customer.
Delayed Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen events. If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Email us at support@rosewoodofficial.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@rosewoodofficial.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed and shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in line with our Refund Policy.
